    The BSJV group operates across the energy value chain, from exploring for energy resources, to producing and processing them, and delivering products to customers. Our work supports the country’s energy needs and contributes to Brunei’s economy.   • BSJV Scholarship

    Since 1972, Brunei Shell Joint Venture (BJSV) Scholarship scheme is considered one of the prestigious scheme which has awarded education sponsorship to more than 800 deserving students with high academic caliber. BSJV continues to be committed in nurturing the right talents who will ultimately contributed to the growth of the company and nation.

    In support of BSP People Strategy on Bruneinisation, the scheme serves a vehicle to search for highly talented young Bruneians with relevant qualification, right caliber and promising potential.

  • BSJV Graduate Scheme

    A structured BSJV Graduate Programme designed to develop fresh Bruneian graduates through full-time employment, targeted training, rotational exposure and coaching. Graduate Recruitment is conducted twice a year, where candidates apply online and those with relevant Honours Degrees (2:ii and above) are shortlisted for the Shell Recruitment Day (SRD) to assess capability and alignment with BSJV values. Successful candidates may attend a Get-to-Know-You session before receiving an offer, followed by a guided onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and impactful start to their career with BSJV.

Fraudulent Recruitment

It has been brought to our attention that fraudulent messages are being sent by individuals claiming they are BSP representatives or a subsidiary of BSJV companies (BSP, BLNG and BSM) to locate prospective employees for work on projects and require payment in order to be considered for recruitment within BSP, BLNG or BSM. Victims are usually requested to send their fees, via a personal check or a money order, to a certain address. In some instances, victims are promised to receive cheques to cover relocation expenses. Such promises are not made or generated by BSP or in any way is associated with the Company. BSJV companies will never require any candidate to contribute or pay any fees towards potential employment with BSJV companies.

Additionally, fraudulent email messages can be sent by individuals offering employment as a “representative in the United States or overseas” to process payments. This is not a legitimate BSJV recruitment activity or job offer and is in fact an advance fee fraud.
